So excited about these shoes! I'm usually an Asics girl but gave these a try...I couldn't believe how comfortable they are and how well they fit my foot. In these shoes I wear the same size as my everyday shoes, size 8. I primarily use for cross training, circuit training, and some running and they have excellent grip and allow for a very steady step for things like jumping jacks, lunges, box jumps, etc. Didn't have to "break in", they fit great from the first day I wore them. Love the black and white knit look too.
