This casual, anatomically formed model with original BIRKENSTOCK cork-latex footbed is there every step of the way. The Birko-Flor® upper in an elegant nubuck style is extremely durable, tear-proof and dirt-resistant. The lining comes with a smooth and skin-friendly layer of fleece for outstanding comfort. The sandal has been designed in subtle and versatile earth tones. The pirate printed on the upper, along with his friend the raven, awaken a spirit of adventure and a longing for far-flung places.
Functionality is the top priority at BIRKENSTOCK. The two wide straps match the color of the upper and are fitted with individually adjustable metal buckles, so that the sandal can be perfectly adjusted to the wearer's feet. This enables optimum grip – even when things get boisterous in the play area or at kindergarten. They also ensure that the feet get enough fresh air on hot days thanks to the openings on the side of the sandal.

The shoes are great we think, the sizing chart online is COMPLETELY wrong. My daughter usually wears a size 7 we measured her foot and the size chart said to order a 6 which was entirely too small so we returned and ordered a 7 and now that is too small as well. Just be safe and order a size up from what you normally wear.
